1. Acceptance of terms

By using Check Scoreboard ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the service

You may use Check Scoreboard to:

  • Track buy-ins, cash-outs, and session results for private game groups.
  • View leaderboards and statistics for your group.
  • Send session result notifications to consenting players.

You may not use the Service to:

  • Send unsolicited messages to players who have not given consent.
  • Store or process data for illegal gambling operations.
  • Abuse, harass, or harm other users.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the data you enter into Check Scoreboard (player names, session records, photos, etc.). You grant us a limited license to store and process this data to provide the Service. You can export and delete your data at any time.

4. SMS messaging

By enabling SMS notifications and providing a phone number through the consent flow, you agree to receive text messages from Check Scoreboard containing your session results. Message frequency is typically once per session. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by contacting your group administrator.

5. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Group owners are responsible for the conduct of their group members within the Service.

6. Availability

Check Scoreboard is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Check Scoreboard is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which, for free users, is $0).

8. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
